About Gold Coast Cafe

Gold Coast Cafe serves the freshest, most creative, health conscious and reasonably priced fare.

Owned and operated by Robert and Andrea Manni of Beverly, Massachusetts, Gold Coast began as a catering business in Peabody, catering corporate events for companies such as Nuane (formerly known as Scansoft) exclusively for 2 years on a daily basis. Other catering clients include Medtronics (at Cherry Hill Park and Cummings Center Beverly) Sensitech at the Cummings Center Beverly, and is the exclusive Caterer to The Spring Hill Suites Hotel. Other Marriott clients have been the Residents Inns in Danvers and Tewksbury Massachusetts. Additionally, Gold Coast has handled all club functions for St.Michael's Society for 5 years

Chef Robert Manni

Robert Manni was the Executive Chef of Eastern Point Yacht Club in Gloucester for 6 years and was the Executive Sous Chef at the Eastern Yacht Club in Marblehead for 4 years under Chef Denise Graffeo. Robert brings great experience to the table. He is Graduate, Summa Cum Laude - Johnson & Wales University - Culinary and Hospitality Managements and holds a Business Management Degrees/Finance from Northeastern University.

He has been through four kitchen renovations including the design and implementation of a new kitchen and clubhouse for The Danvers Polish Club, as well as a brand new kitchen for the Eastern Point Yacht Club, the kitchen at the Commissary of Gold Coast and St. Michael's Hall, the kitchen at the Eastern Yacht Club -- and, of course, the Gold Coast Cafe kitchen.

Andrea Manni

Andrea is a seasoned banquet/sales director, beginning her career working in local restaurants and hotels while attending college for business management.

She held positions as Assistant Director of Sales for the Bay Tower Room in Boston, Banquet Manager for the Sheraton Airport Hotel in Warwick, Rhode Island, the Westin Hotel in Waltham, the Hyatt Harborside Hotel in Boston, and The Hawthorne Hotel in Salem. Andrea was also the Function Manager for the Eastern Point Yacht Club for the past 5 years, handling all weddings, social and corporate events.

The Gold Coast Team

The Gold Coast staff is a group of qualified culinary and service people who maintain friendly dispositions working side by side with Robert and Andrea.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Gold Coast is a certified ServSaf restaurant.

ServSaf is a course offered by National Restaurant Association to protect the health of restaurant patrons, maintaining the highest standards of food safety.
